Part of Curricular Affairs, the course approvals team previews and grants final approval of all UA Course Management Forms submitted to update the course catalog. Once we grant final approval the approved items are handed off to the Office of the Registrar for the push into the course catalog and programming of course catalog requirement groups.
Provisioning
Access Provisioning Tool (AccessFlow) provides staff access to all portions of the UAccess system. For Curricular Affairs-Course approvals it is used to request access to the Course Management system which includes submission and approval access to the course add, modify, and inactivate forms.
