The Course Approvals team, part of Curricular Affairs, reviews and grants final approval for all UA Course Management Forms submitted to update the course catalog.
Once approved, forms are forwarded to the Office of the Registrar, which:
- Updates the official course catalog
- Programs associated with course requirement groups

Provisioning
Access Provisioning Tool (AccessFlow) provides staff access to all portions of the UAccess system. For Curricular Affairs-Course approvals it is used to request access to the Course Management system which includes submission and approval access to the course add, modify, and inactivate forms.
