Progress Reports
Progress reports are required for all Student Services Fee and First Year Student Fee funded projects and are due by August 31 and December 31 each year. The team will email additional progress report requirements and any updates to this schedule directly to project managers.
Program Alteration Requests (PARs) for Student Services Fee Projects - FY25 Deadline for submittal - Generally mid-end April, currently TBD
If changes are needed to your Student Services Fee funded project's budget or goals, you may need to submit a program alteration request (PAR). Before submitting a PAR, please:
- Carefully review the PAR Flowchart to determine if a PAR is required for your change.
- Email the Student Fee Board Administration team at ssfandfyf@arizona.edu to request the PAR budget template spreadsheet.
The PAR form submitted shall contain the following information as found in section 2.III of the Governing Documents.
- Whether the proposed changes are consistent with the original intent of the proposal, i.e. in terms of student priorities addressed and impact.
- The rationale for the request.
- The current success of the program.
- The additional benefits gained from the change.
- The revised budget.
