Description
Adding or removing a location or campus from an existing Major, Minor, or Certificate.
In some Locations there are existing tuition pricing agreements in place and approved by the Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR). These are reviewed annually.
Submitting an Add/Remove Campus/Location Form
To submit a request, please work with the appropriate Campus / Location stakeholders.

- AZ Online accepts proposals for new programs/certificates every Fall for enrollment a year later.

- Programs through the Near You Network locations offer a mix of face-to-face, hybrid, and fully online courses to meet the demands of students, giving them direct access to on-site faculty, advisors, program directors, and support staff.
- Arizona International Campus Options
- Work with Rachael Hessenflow to add a Microcampus location.
- Microcampus Network
- An agreement with a Partner international academic institution and the University of Arizona to grant degrees from both institutions. Students learn from Arizona and partner university faculty, access Arizona and partner university resources. To add this campus option, ensure Arizona faculty are qualified and present.
- Microcampus Network
- Work with Rachael Hessenflow to add a Microcampus location.
- Community Campus
- Credit-bearing programs like high school dual enrollment, community outreach, bridge programs and other unique offerings with strategic benefit to the institution.

Removing a Campus / Location
Prior to requesting to remove a campus and/or location, provide student enrollment information to ensure no student is associated to the Major, Minor, or Certificate. If there are students currently enrolled, please review the information on disestablishing a plan and prepare to submit a plan to move or teach out the students.
Follow the same process listed above, except check "Remove" on the form.

Important Dates / Deadlines
Requests can be submitted any time. They will be processed once all required agreements and approvals are in place.
If removing a campus/location ensure no student is in that Plan/Subplan and Campus/Location combination.
