Formal meetings are usually the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of academic months from 11 am - 12:30 pm. *December & May are exceptions.
Informal meetings are the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the academic months from 11 am - 12 pm.
5th Tuesdays of the academic months are for special events.
