Five-year Growth Rates
The Board approved tuition and fee growth rates through 2028–29 under a new multi-year tuition setting structure designed to increase cost predictability for resident students at Arizona’s public universities. The five-year growth rates are intended to help universities remain competitive and adequately support enrollment growth, ongoing operations, and maintenance while accounting for inflationary pressures. Revenue generated from tuition and fees primarily supports the universities’ and the Board’s strategic and business plans.
